Bagian ini meletakkan dasar belajar adaptivity dalam konteks formal dan informal. Bagian kedua berhubungan dengan sekolah dan kepemimpinan sebagai faktor pendukung dan struktur untuk budidaya adaptivity. Ketiga bagian yang memberikan pandangan sistemik dari upaya dan isu-isu yang memungkinkan budaya adaptivity untuk menyerap seluruh sistem pendidikan.
